Information you provide

If you request a demo or contact us, we may receive your name, organization, work email, phone number, product interest and the information you include in your message.

How we use information

We use website inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare relevant product information, communicate about Promotion Metrics and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell information submitted through the demo form.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser information, referring page, timestamps and server logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This build does not include third-party advertising trackers by default.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security and business communication, subject to their contractual obligations. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
